GemP currently comprises two training series. (The Innovation, Strategy, and Growth Series is offered on an invitation-only basis).

Leadership, Culture, and Customer Experience (LCCX) Series

There are two ways to move a car –  push it or drive it. Attempting to optimize customer experience without (or before) paying attention to organizational leadership and team culture is tantamount to pushing a car instead of driving it.

The Leadership, Culture, and Customer Experience (LCCE) Series of the GemP was designed to train individuals in the art of true leadership, build psychological safety within teams, foster the creation and propagation of positive culture, and drive great customer experience.

The LCCE series is offered in partnership with Thought in Motion™. 

Innovation, Strategy, and Growth (ISG) Series

With the advent of artificial intelligence and the dizzying pace at which industrial norms and processes are being upended, innovation and strategy are no longer an option but a necessity for companies.

Organizations that do not find a way to stay at the cutting edge of innovation risk losing their relevance—and do so quickly.

The Innovation, Strategy, and Growth (ISG) Series of the GemP was designed to help organizations use data-informed approaches to create sustainable systems of growth and advancement, with a view to remaining competitive and relevant in a constantly-changing business terrain. The ISG series is facilitated by Thought in Motion™.

The basic GemP track gives access to basic concepts of selected modules while the immersive track gives unrestricted access to all modules.

Short answer: Yes, if you complete the programme and assessments within the stipulated timeframe.

The basic track is free while the immersive track is paid.

GEMLIFE is a model of personal excellence and an acronym for the 7 essential dimensions of life – GOD, Exercise, Money, Leadership, Inspiration, Fellowship, and Expression. Immersive GemP tracks include GEMLIFE sessions and coaching.

Short answer: No

After GEMLIFE sessions, GEMLIFE coaching and other GemP content will only be accessible to those on the immersive GemP track.

GemP is delivered virtually (through our learning management system). Provisions can be made for immersive on-site trainings, when requested.

Expect to invest 3 to 4 hours every week.

Best Practice Pool (BPP) includes individuals who have been adjudged by colleagues, customers, and/or clients to exhibit an extraordinarily high level of professional excellence. Awardees for the Workplace Excellence Awards are drawn from the Best Practice Pool.
